Not having a long-range telephoto lens at hand, I tried experimenting with time-lapse to get a progression of the annular solar eclipse that happened on 20 May. Unfortunately, the clouds ended up obscuring most of the coolest part. Oh well! Still turned out pretty good for my first time-lapse.
The result isn’t a steady exposure. I bounced between manual settings every five or ten minutes as the light diminished. I suppose with some more time to test settings before the main show started, I could get a more constant exposure throughout.
